2. Dental Services

2.1 Description of Services

Nomad Dental offers a range of dental services, including implantology, oral surgery, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and dental tourism services. The descriptions of services on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee or promise of specific results.

2.2 Consultations and Treatment Plans

Before starting any treatment, patients will receive a consultation during which potential treatment plans, associated costs, and expected results will be discussed. The final treatment plan will be agreed upon between the patient and the attending dentist and will be documented in writing.

2.3 Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. We ask patients to respect appointment times and inform us at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation or rescheduling. We may charge a fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments.

2.4 Payment

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For more extensive treatments, we may require a deposit before beginning the treatment. Payment plans are available for certain treatments and must be agreed upon in advance.

2.5 Warranties

We offer warranties on certain treatments, as specified in our promotional materials or the treatment plan. Warranties are subject to conditions, including the patient's adherence to post-treatment recommendations and regular follow-up visits.

3. Dental Tourism

3.1 Dental Tourism Services

For patients participating in our dental tourism program, we offer assistance with accommodation and transfers as part of the package. While we are committed to providing high-quality service, we are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as flight delays, cancellations, or other travel inconveniences.

3.2 Visas and Travel Documents

Patients are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents to enter Albania. We may provide an invitation letter upon request, but we do not guarantee that this will lead to visa approval.

4. Website Use

4.1 Website Content

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nomad Dental or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Permitted Use
